KAISER ALII DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL.

AS OF NOV.2020 KAISER ALII DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS TO LIMIT THE RISK OF COVID AND FRAUD.

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

YOUR EXCHANGE MUST HAVE THE TAGS STILL ON THE CLOTHING AND NO DAMAGES TO THE PRODUCT WHATS SO EVER.


To start an exchange, you can contact us at Kaiseraliiopf@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label that you are responsible for the printing off, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. REMEMBER TO: Please include your name, order number and picture of your damaged/defective order IN YOUR EMAIL. We will be sure to get back to you within 1-3 business days. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned for an exchange, like bathing suits,body suits and anything pertaining to that specific style in clothing, custom products (such as special orders, personalized items or art), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items being that it may be sold out.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 

ONLY WAY A REFUND IS ISSUED IS IF THERE IS MISTAKE ON OUR END PERTAINING TO YOUR PRODUCT THAT MAY BE BE SOLD OUT, BUT WAS NOT UPDATED UNTIL LATER YOU WILL GET A FULL REFUND FOR THAT ITEM.
We will notify you once we’ve received the notification and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
